Join us for the End of Term Moot!

Well met Wizards one and all,

I hope that the day finds you in good health and high spirits!

The time has come for one of the most spirited traditions of the term: the End of Term Moot! Across two evenings in vGSW, we will come together not only to reflect on what we have accomplished, but also to revel in the contests, panels, and celebrations that mark the close of the season.

On Day One, Monday, September 2nd, the festivities begin at 5:31 PM EST with our Opening Ceremonies in the School Building's Great hall. From there,we'll travel to our Lodge Booth Presentations at the info center, where each Lodge will share their achievements, projects, and presentations. This is your chance to engage with your fellow apprentices, learn what others have been up to, and explore. At 7:00 PM, we reconvene in the School hall for the Faculty Panel, a rare opportunity to pose questions, gain insight, as well as hear reflections from those who guide your studies here at GSW, be sure to take advantage! At 8:00 PM, the energy rises as we enter the Berserker Arena for the grand Final Match. This term we see a clash between the Whisps and the Sylphs that promises to be as fierce as it is festive. We close the evening together at 9:00 PM, with the End of Day Ceremonies in the main hall, and a moment to pause, reflect, and ready ourselves for what’s still to come.

Day Two, Tuesday, September 3rd, begins again at 5:31 PM EST with another Opening Ceremony. This second evening builds upon the first, leading into a round of Lodge Presentations at Each Lodges respective building, guided by yours truly! Then, at 7:00 PM, we launch into the skies with a spirited Drone Race around the Ozmeade archipelago offering some fast-paced, chaotic activity, and a whole lot of fun. At 7:30 PM, we gather once more in the School Building Great Hall for an Administrative Panel, where questions of policy, vision, and the school’s direction will be addressed by Master Kayser, Master Meighen and myself. And then, to round out the evening, stay on for two special addresses: one from our Captain, and one from Master Kayser, whose words are, in this Wizard's oppion, always worth the wait. At 9:00 PM, we bring the Moot to its close with our final End of Day Ceremonies of the term.
